My company consists of 20 - 40 employees. Each month we need to change our signature because we use (under our details) an image with different exhibitions which we take part.

It is quite difficult each time (and each month) to login to those 20 accounts and change this image. Is there any way (maybe a template or an iframe) in which when we change this image - iframe then to automatically change in all the employees' signature?
