How to Add and Manage Flexible Shift Patterns in Zoho People
I am managing a team of 40 employees and need to set up flexible shift patterns in Zoho People. Previously, I was using BrightHR, where creating a rota was simple with drag-and-drop functionality. In Zoho People, I find it more complex to assign shifts for a large team efficiently.
Could you provide detailed guidance or best practices for:
- Creating flexible shift patterns for large teams.
- Using bulk assignment or importing schedules via CSV.
- Simplifying the process for recurring shifts.
Any help in making this process more user-friendly would be greatly appreciated!
