How to add contact column on open tasks

How to add contact column on open tasks

When viewing the open tasks ie on the home page, I don't really need the priority column, but would rather have a contact column so that I know who the contact is that the task belongs to.  For example, I may have FU on last email, as the subject for several tasks, but would have a better idea of the relevance or time to call a person, and thus would like to be able to view the contact name right there.
