Hi Zoho Team
We have deactivated a user from our account for a while, now we want to add the same user. So we deleted that particular user's account (As per Zoho support team suggestion) and we sent the invite again.
Unfortunately while clicking the invite the msg says" Account disabled" and when we contacted the support team we received a reply like we have closed our Zoho account itself but we dint it is still active.
Please fix this issue ASAP.
