How to add images from one form to another?

Please can someone help me with how to add images from one form to a new form? To explain, I am trying to create a workflow where a ‘Field Survey’ form Can create a ‘Report’ form. I’ve succeeded in getting all the relevant text etc to transfer, however, there are different images specific to each ‘Field Survey’ form (eg. Geological maps and field survey photographs) that I would like to be added automatically to the new ‘Report’ form I create but I can’t work out how? Is this even possible? Or is there a workaround I can use? Like using an ‘upload file’ tool instead of ‘image’?! I would so much appreciate any help in very basic layman’s terms - I am painfully new to this world!
