How to add invoice reference description manually in statement ?

How to add invoice reference description manually in statement ?

As of now in statements, I can see below format where with the help of Invoice number I can't figure out which invoice is for what? Even these invoice links are not clickable here so that I can see details in a pop up quickly. Please tell me how I can see the reference details? is there any option where I can add these details manually? which can reflect in statements
