How to add line separators

Hi.. I am trying to run a small survey using Zoho Creator. There are about few questions, which can be logically grouped into a few sections.

In the survey, i want to add a line in between each section, to improve readability and make the form look cleaner. However, I just cant figure my way through.

I am really new to zoho, just been using it for 2 days. so please bear with me as i learn.
