How to add mail accounts on zoho free domain?

Hello I want to add a new mail account but i dont know how to fill up the pop servers , WHEN I PUT THE USER NAME AND THE PASSWOR I GET THIS ERROR ATTACHED: NORMALLY THE USER AND PASSWORD SHOULD BE LOADED AUTOMATICALLY BECAUSE I LOGGED IN USING GOOGLE ACCOUNT. THANK YOU!
