How to add my client for their web design project

Hi I'm a web designer trialling Zoho Projects and I've set up the milestones, task lists and tasks for a client's web development project.

I am seeking advice on how to add my client to the project but not necessarily to view all of my tasks (many are process/admin type of lists which I don't need them to view).

Currently I have many jobs on the go and I am emailing clients with issues such as mockups to check, chasing them down for content and anything in between! The emails are driving me crazy and keeping track of them is slowing my efficiency so I thought a project management tool like Zoho Projects might be good.

Is there a way I can "email them" within Zoho projects and then their reply will land in my Zoho Project inbox beside their project somehow so I can bypass my actual email inbox which is getting too messy. I have seen this done in Basecamp as I'm a client with someone who has invited me to their projects and I have limited access but it is mainly for communication. I am looking for something similar with Zoho. Is this done the the chat area somehow.

I searched videos and the knowledge base but don't really see anything specific about adding a client this way. They are not an active team member as such, it's really just for their project communication I'd like to collate it along with my project.
