How to add tags to my Activities
Hello,
I use Zoho all day every day at work to add, track and update my business leads.
I'm having a problem with managing my activities and being able to have customised fields for keeping log of call backs I need to make in a day and the general status of a task that I have been working on > I know that I can add the current status for example: Not Started, In Progress, Completed. But this is not enough information to tell me not to open the actual task. So if I open the task when not needed, I am wasting time.
Because I make about 70 calls per day I'm finding I don't always get the person I need to call straight away and need to call back later.
Is there a way I can differentiate the calls that I have not made, against the calls I have made and the calls that need a call back again, etc etc??? I was thinking a custom colour scheme would work here or the Colour tag function you can get in Zoho Mail... Is there something similar to use in Zoho CRM?
