How to add users in Zoho Mail

I just set my Email Hosting with Zoho and I added users using Control Panel. As I am in charge of more than one user accounts, I would like to access all them from Zoho Mail. But I can't find out how to add more accounts [in the picture you can see 'comercial@...' that I set BEFORE migration, but can't figure out how I did that].

Incoming Server Details for Receiving Email:

1. Login to mail.zoho.com

2. Click Settings » Mail » Mail Accounts

3. Select Add POP3 Account

Where is Settings>Mail>Mail Accounts>Add POP3 Account?

Also, is it possible to add IMAP instead of POP?

Sorry for too many questions, but Zoho Mail and Zoho Mail Add-on in Zoho CRM is not working properly.
