When a deal is created I send an automated welcome e-mail to the contact. When the contact replies, the e-mail is correctly (and automatically) associated with the deal. Now I want to create task for each reply, because the reply may be not noticed. Do you think this is the right thing to do? Or is the message notification on the top right of the navigation bar sufficient, to make the user aware of a reply?

When there is an inbound e-mailI want to create a task. The task should be associated with the corresponding deal. A contact has only one deal open at time.

However when I create a workflow rule using the E-Mail module, I cannot select the Deals module. As you can see in the picture there is only Lead, Contact and Unknown available for selection.

How can a task be associated with a deal using a workflow rule for the e-mail module?
