How to attach a picture into a ticket that was created by bot
Hi,
We have tried to attach a picture into the ticket that we created with the bot, but we haven't been able to do it.
We know that the attachment is stored in the attachments list and to be able to call the picture we have to use attachment.get(0) to get the first picture from the client.
We would like to know the correct syntax and also how to implemented it on the zoho.desk.create function.
