We are a real estate firm which has inventory types of 2bhk 3bhk etc. At the same time we have customers who have requirements (2BHK 3BHK). How do we automatically create deals whenever a new customer is added based on their requirements ?

We dont want to create deals for customers who are looking for 2BHKs for apartments which are 3BHKs.
