A big reason for us switching to Zoho CRM was to automate our communication with clients.  We successfully were able to create a process that would take attach a link to a pdf stored on our SharePoint and send it to our clients automatically based on a date field.  This seemed great until many of our clients refused to open said pdf because it was embedded in a link.  People do not as a general rule trust links in emails.

We need a solution that will attach the pdf to the email and send it out, as an attachment.  A secondary need is that if the pdf is to be sent to more than one recipient, then we need the cc list for each person emails to be shown as it normally would be in a regular email to multiple people.  Without a solution to cover both these needs, our ability to automate will be severely limited, thereby likely making the move to Zoho a bust.
