How to automatically insert a value into an email from a completed form

I made a simple form to retrieve lead data for an upcoming show, see the form:  https://creator.zoho.com/millward137/medtrade-vegas-2012/#

The first field is "First Name".  I need this information to go into my email that I send to them from the view area but can not for the life of me figure it out.  Please help.
