I'd like to know how to automatically log conversation and create contact in Zoho CRM while replying to an email. I used to use Hubspot as a CRM before Zoho and one of the coolest features was to add your hubspot CRM BCC address into BCC field that would automatically create new contact and log the email conversation accordingly.

I am expecting something similar or else no use to pay for the CRM.
