I am trying to figure out how to automatically produce a list of customers for my sales reps to call each week. Its a very simple premis but I can seem to get it to automate on Zoho. We have customers that require a service once every year and we need to call them to schedule those service visits. The last visit is logged and the next scheduled visit is logged. Is there a way to automatically produce a list of customers who haven't been scheduled for a service?
