- I have a Deal record that contains a date field called "Date Contract Sent."

- I create a mail merged document from that Deal record.

- I upload that document to Zoho Sign and send out to a customer thru Zoho Sign.

How can I set it up to automatically update the "Date Contract Sent" field to <today's date> upon the trigger/completion of sending out the mail merged document from Zoho Sign?

To put it another way: how do I tightly and automatically connect a merge/sign event to a Deal?
