I have implemented WebToContact Integration for my Organization. Everything seems to be working fine as far as insertion is concerned. However, once the record get submitted online and uploaded to the CRM, it needs to get reviewed by the department. To keep track of that, I have created a 'pick list' field which should go in pending state by default once a new record is created in CRM. How can I achieve that?
