On the technological side:
- Integrate with Zoho Docs, Zoho Project, Zoho Invoice, Zoho mail
- Integrate with CTI providers like Vocalcom, Cosmocom, Asterisk (Opensource)
- Integrate with CMS providers like Joomla, Thypo3, etc...
- Integrate with main ERPs providers like Microsoft dynamics, SAP, Oracle (Strongest point of sale)
- Offline version allowing sincronization with Online (same design, same enviroment)
- Multicurrencies modifications per invoices, quotes, etc... PLEASE THIS IS A MUST
- Mobile Application, the current APP is just for Zoho business, would be a strong pluss to add Zoho CRM App, allowing sales reps to see accounts, contacts, leads, etc...Look at competitors: Salesforce, SAP...
- Integration with gtalk, google calender, gamail
On the marketing side:
- Sales material for partners, presentations, quotes examples, brochures, etc...
- Website setting up help (advice on how to show information in partner's website)
- Inforce partners network, Partners meetings, conferences, conf calls, collaboration
- Business cases per fields, areas, countries
- Leads to partners
- Active participation in social networks
- Internal SEO to positionante Zoho CRM
- Active participation in different forums, magazines, events....
- Material in different languages!!!
