How to build a logical relationship between customers employees and projects?

Hi, 

How do I define a logical relationship structure of my customers, employees and business projects in ZOHO CRM?

Scenario: 
Conner is a customer of my sales staff Sandra. Conner recently bought a land in a project called PROJECT-X. 

Observation:
The above scenario clearly shows a direct relationship between:
(1) a customer and a staff 
(2) a customer and a project, and
(3) a staff and a project

PROBLEM:
Which fields should I use in ZOHO CRM, such that if i select:
1. a customer, then I should be able to see the associated employees and projects
2. an employee, then i should be able to see the associated customers and projects, and
3. a project, then I should be able to see the associated customers and employees.
