How to bulk delete mail

I am getting near my 5GB mail limit. This is because I use IMAP and don't have the Outlook client delete mail. But since I have the mail in Outlook I would like to delete lots of mail from Zoho but I can't see any easy way to do this. Are there ways to say delete mail older than a certain date or some other rule?
