We have migrated a customer from salesforce to Zoho/CRM.

We have customized leads form to allow the user to pick a campaign, which has the cost of campaign and save the lead.

We want to create a report to show all the leads that got generated from a active campaign.

For example 15 leads associated to Google Adwords Campaign for Month of Aug 2013, which cost $300.00, which means the cost per lead would be $300/15 leads=$20.

We convert the lead as soon it is entered/saved to a potential and all the lead source/campaign associations are mapped from lead->potential->Account and all transfer the data correctly on converting a lead.

WHY cant we see any leads/potentails information when we create a report (module=potentails or leads) and associated module is Campaigns.

I want to see Lead Source|Campaign|Campaign Cost|Lead information so that I can count the number of leads and calculate the cost per lead. This is critical for our client to keep Zoho, otherwise they want to go back to Salesforce.

See attached screen shots of lead (create) and Associated Campaign. But no leads or Potentails associated to Campaign???

Please advise how to make this work
