I just moved to zoho email hosting with my domain some time ago. But in the light of recent issues with accepting emails I would like to get back to my previous email provider.  

Please let me know how to cancel my email hosting with Zoho. Which steps should I take to remove the domain, users and how to revert the configurations I applied to C-Panel of my hosting. I haven't manage to find this instructions in your KB.
