Help center logs in to a different profile
Message I'm getting: "

Hello, whenever I sign in to help.zoho.com using my login credentials (dtopou.... @ inovahospitality.com),
Zoho Help logs me in to another user (ediktampani@ inovahospitality.com) with the message displayed above.
I can't change the email on this profile and I can't disassociate "ediktampani" from my end. How do I fix it?
