How to change cname in 123-reg domains

How to change cname in 123-reg domains

I am unable to change the dns setting for my domain registered with 123-reg.co.uk.  I changed the setting with code and domain.zoho.com but still unable to verify it

I dont have hosting with them so not sure how would be i able to upload html file without having hosting with them,
