how to change currency and separate first name and last name

how to change currency and separate first name and last name

Hi all i need to have USA currency and UK currency in two separate box's but for the life of me i cant work out how to add the USA currency.

My last question is when i search for a name on my list i need to search by last name but zoho has added the last name and first name together even though when i add the record i add the first name and last name into two separate fields.

Any help would be much appreciated .
