I have lot of leads with First name only. These came to us through Web Forms, referrals or telephone calls where people did not mention their last name (Surname). I can not upload these leads in system as it has "Surname" field locked and mandatory.
Please advise how we can fix this and load our data.
I would also want to have <First Name><Last Name> display on my list instead of <Last Name> <First Name> display.
