How to change the currency

Dear Admin,

Thanks for the wonderful software. We are now currently testing some of the functionality of ZOHO CRM. If it will meet our company requirements, we will purchase additional users for ZOHO CRM On-Demand service.

I have some issues that I need your help to resolve:

1. While trying to create the invoice, I notice that there is no way to change the currency from AED to US$ or etc.

2. I attached an Excel file (PROFORMA INVOICE 3845 sample.xls) for the sample output I need to be created in INVOICE MODULE. IS it possible to have same output? Especially I need the Freight Charge to be added in the total value?

3. It will be very wondelful if we will be able to export the INVOICE to Excel (or pdf file) with the same formatting with attached Excel file. Or at least to export it to Excel file.

4. If we subscribe to your ON-Demand service, shall we get additional modules like HR(Human REsources Management)? Warehouse Management?
