How to change the Title of my site colour?

Hi There,

Im hoping someone can help me with my query? I have selected a default themed site and I wish to change the colour of the Title of the site and the Colour of the links. I have tried using the visual editor but this doesnt seem to work for me. I have attached an image of what i am trying to change.
