Hi,

I noticed the other day a person I need to email often wasn't store in my contacts. Eventually I noticed I had reached the limit of 25,000 contacts!

Obviously, I don't have 25,000 real contacts. I have been using internet email for... 30 years? When I imported into Zoho I brought in a lot of mail from previous accounts that I need (not 30 years worth, but certainly 15). I can only presume it added them all as contacts?

I've turned off automatic adding to contacts on compose but this doesn't help the fact I have 25k contacts.

Is there any obvious way to remove the ones I don't need? Manually going through them is going to take a year.

Just basing it on how often I've emailed them (if there was such a feature) isn't ideal as they could be old contacts I want to keep but don't contact often.
