How to close Zoho free account?

How do I cancel free account with ZOHO.

I have emailed two times and left a phone msg. HELP!

This system is difficult to use with WordPress. Directions to complete the users, email and mx accounts do not match screens on WordPress. I have spent too much time trying to figure this out.

My attempts to close the account on line are:

Going to CONTROL PANEL> DASHBOARD> DELETE ORGANIZATION I am told to delete domain first.

AND when going to CLOSE ACCOUNT page per : Receive the following:

Close Account

Delete permanently all the services data and account information, which cannot be restored in future.

You are an administrator of your organization : "sharedparentingconfessional". You should cancel your

organization from Business , before closing your account.
