i imported a table from my ERP in to zoho reports. It contains the following info

employee id

employee name

task start date and time 

task end date and time

task number of hours

project name

i want to make a report that shows the utilization of hours per employee per month of quarter.  also how many hours worked on a weekend and public holidays. 

how to enter the working days and holidays.
