How to configure the condition/criteria in Blueprint to associated with email template?

I have a question about configure the condition / criteria associated with email template to be use in Blueprint.
Example : I have few product come with different email template, when i click on the blueprint , I want the specific email template to be send to vendor according to the criteria / condition in Deals module.

I did check with Zoho live support, they told it cannot be done. So I want to ask is there any alternative solution on this? I don't really want to use workflow alone because I want to control and when to send it.
