I want to find out some key points:
- Can I input Client data and have it work with my Projects, Tickets, Orders and Incentory?
- Can each project have specific DAta, such as Tasks (can Only be completed with photos), Customer Sign Off (Can a document be e-mailed that they can E-Sign and once it is done can that document be in the Project)
- Can I generate an automatic Installation Report (One for Us and One for the Customer) with Serial Numbers, Project Timelines, Photos, Data Sheets, Warrantees, Shut Off Procedure and Signed Contract?
- Can I have the warrantees and Data Sheets attached to my products?
- Can I create proposals that takes information such as Energy usage, address, Google Satellite Image of Address, and type of Salar System? Can that then give the User (My sales person an option to choose which proposal they want to convert into a quote? Can I also put in an “Accept Proposal” Button, that will automatically assign it for quotation to a specific sales person.
- Then, Can I view my customers, with things like current Projects, Current Order and Total Sales?
- Can My orders be assigned to a certain Site?
These are all things we need internally.
I also need to know if my installers can log delays on projects and link e-mails, weather reports, conversations, Whatsapp or Conversations.
- Can I have a table, or tab under customers and projects that shows a products’ warrantee Expiration, Serial Number and Installation Photo?
Here is a case study someone did on a Solar Company using ZOHO One.
I don't want to use a third party app. Just want one subscription as we are still a small business.
How can I do this? Some pointers will be VERY helpful as I am unsure on where to start. We do not have the capital, especially after being in lockdown since the pandemic started.
