How to connect my Hotmail Live account with Zoho?

I have a limited technical ability when it comes to something like this. I'm trying to setup Zoho to retrieve my Hotmail Live email permanently (and not just forward the ones in my inbox right now).

Under the POP accounts tab, I'm not sure what to enter into the Server Name and Port fields. Where can I get this info? And what about SSL?
