I would like to ask, can we make this scenario: a web form to let the customers request a service and connect this form to my website? then this form will be converted to a ticket in Zoho CRM and Desk as lead, then as an employee, I can track tickets from Zoho CRM or Desk and comment to the client? also, can the client track this ticket from our website by using login or something like that? I need help to do this process
