How to contact Support when buttons & Captcha don't work?

I'm hoping theres a it boff from tech that may read this ... I moved from Chrome to slow IExplorer & now to Opera because of 1 problem, Zoho is my main mail account which is becoming infuriatingly troublesome. My buttons don't work, when a mail is opening it can run for hours saying 'loading please wait?' then when I go to support & list the issues - repeatedly, I get as far as Captcha & 1) It won't identify the captcha correctly (even though it is) or 2) the submit button doesn't work. 
G-R-R!

It is not because of nasties in my machine. It is regularly swept with Bitdefender 2015 & Hitman Pro, even with 0 access root killer & on-line scans.. 

Where the heck are the support team? I can't be the only one having access issues? Surely they should be running their own checks daily & encounter the hiccups & rectify, it's now been months. Ludicrous!

Please respond via my alternate mail ad ( n..t...f...@yahoo.co.uk), if you are someone in their support team? I'm surprised this has worked so far. Mind you? There's still the Publish Button to go ...
