I go into leads>convert but it says it's going to create a new contact. But I don't want it to create a new contact, I want to be able to click convert and select which module to convert it to. I have multiple modules, "Leads", "Company A jobs", "Company B Jobs", and "Company C Jobs". When a lead comes in with it's info, then when we finish what we need to do while its a lead, its time to convert it to a job and depending on the leads info they have to be converted to a specific company.
example: 2 leads comes in, we finish whats need to be done,Now Lead 1 needs to be converted to a "Company A" job and Lead 2 needs to be converted to "Company C."
How would I go about doing this?
I have noticed if I add the company field to the leads Module, and if the field is filled in, when I go to convert, it now says create new "module name"

How to I change that too?
