How To Convert leads to potential account and not to Account or Contact
Hi There,
I am using a free Zoho crm account. Is it possible for me to convert my lead to potential alone? What happens is, when I convert my lead into a potential client, the details will also add in my contacts tab and in the Accounts tab.
I want to convert my lead into potential only. Is this possible? Your help is very much appreciated.
