you must have know that by using outlook, you can copy any email and you can paste into another email trail to give reference but here that capability not available in zoho.

I know, zoho having capability to forward multiple email as a new email but I want to keep continue the email to respond with Inline email details with attachment on another email.

If you could do, it will be great help.
