How to Correctly Add Contact and Lead Form to Website

I am having a website put together by a company. In Zoho CRM I have successfully created a contact and lead form. I have given the web design company the iframe information string of data they need to embed the forms into the website in the appropriate places. Here is what has got me confused and what I think I need help with:

It says landing page URL and I have put the URL of my website in this box: https:/mywebsite.com

It says also asks to put in landing page URL and I have put the same website address as above: https:/mywebsite.com

I think I am missing something . . . do I need to go to the host site and create a landing page URL? If so, how do I do that?
