Im trying to costumize Zoho CRM for the needs of my buisness (Child day care) and i have a few questions.

1. My costumers are parents and each couple ca have more then 1 kid. i need to keep track of the parents as costumers and the kids (each kid seperate) linked to the parents. what would you recomend to do? which tab would you use for each entity?

2. i want to keep track of my stuff, from the very 1st intervew thrue his working episode untill (happen sometime) he's quiting. i want to coect information like feadback from the costumers, safty incidates he was involve at, summeris of meetings we have with him during the year.

3. how do i calculate the kids age every day and by sep 1st (begining of the studies).
