How to Create a Blogger Blog Design?

Hi all,

I would like to make a decent design for my site. I have downloaded blogger templates but I don't think they can be applied to Zoho?

How could I apply a blogger template to a site, or at least create a decent design that does not look clunky?

Most of the themes I don't like.
