When the status of a sales order is changed (eg. goods are shipped) an automatically generated email is sent to the team responsible for managing that shipment.

I have assigned each sales order a unique, automatically generated (custom) Order number, in addition to the ID/Salesorder numbers that Zoho generates. 

In the email that the team receive, currently the email says something like "the order # P5435 has shipped" but I want to add a link so that you can click (in the email) and go directly to that sales order page. 

At the moment, you have to open zoho crm, go the sales order tab, look for the order number in the view, and then click it.

How do I do make this link?

Also, I don't understand why the SALES ORDER number and the SALES ORDER ID (automatically generated by Zoho) are always exacly 2 digits apart; e.g. sales order ends in <longnumber>093 but sales order id ends in <longnumber>091
