Im trying to create a standard letterhead temple in writer so that we can select the document and write letters etc within writer and then export them as PDF's or print them and they come out with our header and foot on 

In MS Word its easy I just edit header and footer and import the graphics and save as a temple but when I click the header / foot tab in Writer there is no where to edit it

Anyone got any step by step instructions on how to do this
