I'm just wanting to know if anyone has been able to create a setup within Zoho to create a reciprocal or link for contacts and or links.  In my old CRM it had a section that allowed me to link people in my database.  For example, I could link Husband/Wife, Uncle/Nephew, Uncle/Niece, Friend/Friend etc,  When I set the link up on one persons file it would automatically set up the relationship in the other persons file without me having to go to the other file.  This would allow me to see the circle of aquaintances each person has and therefore allow me a better opportunity to get referrals.  For some reason this concept seems foreign to Zoho because most people in tech support I have talked to don't seem to understand this and I have talked to several support people.  They do not seem to have an easy way to do this.  Has anyone set up anything like this in Zoho or have any knowledge of how to get this done.  Right now I have a separate module set up and it will connect the files but I have to go into each and every file to get this done and it is very time consuming.  I can't believe Zoho doesn't have an out of the box set up for this.
