How to create a Lookup Field for assigning sales managers to accounts.

Hello,

I want to create a Lookup Field in Leads and Account to be able to assing some of my company sales manager (zoho crm user in my organitation) to each Account (Customer)

It is something like this: This is implemented as a standar in Zoho CRM

Lead Owner

Select the Zoho CRM user to whom the Lead is assigned.

Lookup

I need to do the same but not assigning owner, I need to assign Sales Managers.
