Hi, we are evaluating whether to proceed with Zoho CRM after the trial and understanding how to customise it will be crucial.

Given our various product lines, we would need to track them in dedicated custom modules.

Leads will have one or more product lines ticked in a Multi Select field. Upon them reaching a certain Status, a function should create an entry in the dedicated Custom Module for each of the ticked product lines.

I understand that this would have to be managed with a custom function, linked to a workflow rule. Is there anyone who could help with the function to be used?
